Dear Mike, I wanted to thank you for another wonderful job your crew did cleaning our sales floor carpet. With the amount of foot traffic that the carpet has, we were doubtful if the carpet would come clean. But after your team did their majic, the carpet looks brand new. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in some other stores in the past, and the job you do is far superior to any other companies we have used. On a personal note, I also wanted to thank you for the nice job your company did on my home. My carpet had gone through some abuse because I have a puppy and I had some real trouble spots. We neglected to have the grout sealed on the counters and floors when we moved into the house in 1995, and it looked so bad I secretly wanted to replace everything.
